Just a short walk away across the runway ,and shopping for lunch ,English essentials which amongst us included coffee pot ,scones ,Fray Bentos pies ,tomato purée and a new watch battery.Wind is looking good for the next stop to be Madeira  600 miles away .

22 hours of sailing and motoring when the wind dropped brought us to Gibraltar or very nearly ,the marina there being full we are over the border and runway in La Linea .still with a view of the rock from the back of the boat.
